This made-in-Japan cutting board care tool is designed to refresh worn surfaces by sanding away stains that do not come off with regular washing or bleach, along with discoloration, knife marks, and rough fibers. It can be used on polyethylene, rubber, and wooden cutting boards.

Simply wet the cutting board with water before use, sand with the coarse side first, then smooth the surface with the finishing side. After sanding, wash the board as usual with detergent.
