Wrinkle Bright Medicated Lotion is a Japanese quasi-drug toner designed to improve the look of wrinkles while helping prevent dark spots and freckles by suppressing melanin production. Formulated with niacinamide as the active ingredient and a generous amount of fermented rice bran liquid (yeast extract), it delivers rich moisture for skin that feels firmer, smoother, and more radiant.
